Under the guidance of our pastor and inspired by the Gospel, the Community Outreach Commission will continue the mission of Jesus Christ by recognizing and responding to the needs of the diverse communities within our parish and throughout our parish boundaries. This will be accomplished through an integrated system of strategic priorities designed to respect the dignity of every person and to build a just and compassionate society.

Goal (A) – Carry out the mission of our parish which states, “We are a welcoming Catholic community called together by Jesus Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit to live and share the love of God in our parish and in our daily lives.”

Goal (B) – Assist in the improvement of communication between all commissions related to current and future outreach plans and endeavors in our parish and within our mission territory.

Goal (C) – Continue the development of our community outreach conversations related to the following:

• A Heart-to-Heart Human Conversation in Black and White
• Catholic & LGBTQ+ Community Talk
• West Hill Neighborhood Organization (WHNO)
